Mental Health Advocate I/II/III - Victim Advocacy (Abilene)

The Abilene/Taylor County Child Advocacy Center is currently accepting applications for Mental Health Advocate. The Mental Health Advocate provides crisis intervention, assessment, counseling, and advocacy services to children and non-offending caregivers impacted by abuse and trauma.  This position operates as the mental health liaison for the Child Advocacy Center (CAC) and community agencies.  Other duties include facilitation of the Care Coordination Team (CCT) and working with interagency partners to provide services to child sex trafficking victims.
