Digital & Social Media Specialist (Austin)

The Center for Child Protection is currently accepting applicants for a part-time Digital & Social Media Specialist. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university- focus in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field; relevant experience in marketing and/or advertising preferred; high level of familiarity with social media outlets and tools; proficient in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Ads Manager; photo and video editing experience; Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge preferred; genuine interest in educating the community on child abuse awareness; proven respectful and professional communication skills (in-person and written); excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. This position reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications and is responsible for managing social media calendars and day-to-day monitoring, developing new photo and video content, researching child abuse awareness and prevention, content curation and more.
