Awareness Strategy Proposals

Children's Advocacy Centers of Texas (CACTX) is seeking proposals from a social change or communications agency to conduct research and discovery efforts that inform how to shift the public perception of child sexual abuse (CSA) from inevitable to preventable and from a criminal justice issue to a public health issue and how to motivate Texans to take action to prevent CSA. The findings will inform a multi-year strategic plan to achieve social change and a messaging framework to serve as a foundation for future messaging.

The expected RFP timeline for submitting applications, reviewing, and awarding the project is below. 

Virtual RFP Information Session (Attendance Optional) To register for the RFP information session, email communications@cactx.org  by Thursday,  September 8, 2022 (5 pm CT).

Application

Proposals must be submitted by 5 pm CT on Friday, September 30, 2022. Late proposals will not be accepted.

Proposals should be submitted via email in PDF format to communications@cactx.org. If your PDF is larger than 10 MB, you can upload your file to cloud storage (Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive, etc.), and within your email, include a downloadable link to download the file (PDF).
