Conference Center Information

Thanks to generous capital gifts by the Swalm Foundation (purchase of the property) and the Meadows Foundation (furnishings and equipment), Children's Advocacy Centers of Texas was able to establish the CACTX Conference Center. This state-of-the-art training and meeting facility is the site for most CACTX events and is also available to other non-profits in the community providing professional and/or volunteer training and networking opportunities.
CACTX's Conference Center is located adjacent to our offices at the Beth C. Swalm Center, 1501 W. Anderson Lane, Austin, Texas 78757, conveniently situated between Mopac and I-35 just south of Highway 183. The Conference Center offers over 5000 sq. feet of meeting space with video conferencing capabilities, projectors, and interview/monitoring rooms with the ability to perform audio, video, and DVD recordings for future reference materials. The facility is configured to provide both large audience presentations (up to 110 people theatre style) as well as small group break-out space with or without technology capabilities. Wireless capability is available throughout the building.
