| Facility Information: | Square footage: 1,900. The facility is a neutral free standing site. It is a two story zoned commercial house. The house is handicap accessible. The second floor is designated for staff offices, (program director, administrative assistant, counseling coordinator and children's counselor), video monitoring room and roving office, conference space for multidisciplinary review and staff restroom. The ground floor is designated for children's services only. It consists of an entry area and a waiting area for children and family members, a handicap accessible restroom, video-interview room, and two children's therapy rooms.; 215 Bufkin Lane, Lockhart Texas: Office space included entry and waiting area, counseling room and group room. |
