Mission Statement: The Houston/Trinity Counties Children's Advocacy Center, Inc. (Kalin's Center) has been organized for charitable purposes which specifically include the prevention of cruelty to children and the assistance of persons eighteen (18) years or younger and their non-offending family members in recovering from victimization and traumatic criminal acts.
