Mission Statement: Bearing in mind the best interest of each individual child, the mission of Children's Advocacy Center of Hood and Somervell Counties, Inc. (CACHS) is to reduce the trauma to child abuse victims and their non-offending family members and to work toward improving the justice system's response to child abuse by uniting the efforts of public agencies and enlisting community support.

Facility Information: Square footage: 1,116. This Center is housed in a commercial office space. The building was originally built in 1928, but has been remodeled to meet the needs of our agency. The office includes a child waiting/play area, interview room, observation/conference room, staff offices, and a kitchen/break room. The conference room is available for MDT case review and meetings.
