| Facility Information: | Square footage: 1,116. This Center is housed in a commercial office space. The building was originally built in 1928, but has been remodeled to meet the needs of our agency. The office includes a child waiting/play area, interview room, observation/conference room, staff offices, and a kitchen/break room. The conference room is available for MDT case review and meetings. |
