Facility Information: Square footage: 6,000. The facility is a neutral, freestanding facility. It is handicap accessible. The current building contains two waiting areas, five offices, a conference room, a multidisciplinary team meeting room, play therapy rooms, an interview room, a kitchen and storage area.
